Wakefield's finest, "The Cribs", to perform at Liverpool's legendary Cavern Club!

Yes that's right, those 3 brothers in pop - Gary Ryan and Ross - will be appearing live in Liverpool at the world-famous Cavern Club, bringing their patented brand of "Wakefield Punk Rock" to the same hallowed stage that brought you the Mersey-beat sound of the 60's pedaled by local heroes such as The Beatles and Gerry and the Pacemakers! In this special one-off concert - due to be broadcast around the world - the band will be playing cuts from their up-coming new LP "Night Network", as well as many of their familiar chart hits, and fan favorites.

Reached for comment, the band said "We've been gone from the live scene for too long now, frankly, and have been itching to get back on stage. We thank the Cavern for this booking, and feel that performing under these famous arches is the perfect way for us to launch our campaign to become topper-most of the popper-most once again.
