This is a very special live stream concert, to be broadcast live from Tokyo Opera City Concert Hall on July 8th.

Japanese composer Joe Hisaishi is known for his works on the Academy Award-winning director Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli’s animated films, including Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind, Laputa: Castle in the Sky, and My Neighbor Totoro.

In recent years, Hisaishi has been working as a conductor, and has launched several orchestral concert series, including Future Orchestra Classic, which brings out the new charm of classical songs from the perspective of a composer. In this Vol. 3, Hisaishi is going to perform his rendition of Brahms.
