• CHARLES DE CASTRO - As authentic a family and music man as they come, Charles is absurdly modest and phenomenally talented. Not only does he play trumpet, accordion, piano, and guitar, but he's got a voice that's as cozy as a cabin in winter. His multi-instrumental skills and myriad musical projects span genres far and wide from Norteño, 20s-30s jazz, stompy blues & Western swing, to Klezmer, Balkan brass, Moldovan lautauri and everything in between! Though humble, his career speaks volumes as he's toured the states, played through Europe along with Petrojvic Blasting Company, performed on BBC, and even has a grammy nomination under his belt as a core member of the incomparable California Feetwarmers, for their collab with Keb' Mo'. As a Los Angeles local, he's crossed paths and projects with musicians across SoCal for 20 some years, including Holy Crow Jazz Band, The Penny Matches, Dave Stuckey and more, plus Carlos y Charlos alongside fellow Californians and Feetwarmers.
