Discourse is a two-piece pop band currently based in Philadelphia, PA. Inspired by an urban legend that describes seminal cultural philosopher Michel Foucault as "that fucked-up guy dancing in the corner", they formed in the fall of 2009 and quickly wrote the songs that make up their first release, the Golden Year EP.
